Master Nurse Injector
Founder and CEO
Our founder, CEO, and Master Injector, Windy Busher, LVN, LPN, holds nursing licenses in both California and Texas. She recently achieved Master Injector endorsement and certification from the Allergan Institute of Aesthetic Medicine. Windy’s accomplishments were recognized in Living Magazine as a “Leading Woman in Rockwall” in both 2021 and 2022. She received her training at Concord College and began her nursing career in acute care and emergency settings, later transitioning into management roles.
Windy then honed her aesthetic skills alongside top plastic surgeons and regenerative medicine specialists in LA and Orange County, CA, deepening her expertise in beauty and aesthetics.
Upon moving to Texas, Windy continued her aesthetic journey by obtaining advanced certifications in Botox, Dermal Fillers, Micro needling, and PRP at NLI in Dallas.
In 2018, driven by her passion for aesthetics, Windy founded Bayside Aesthetics and later created her true vision when Bayside re-branded to ReViVe Aesthetics and Healthcare, recognized as “Emerging Business of the Year 2021” by The Rockwall Chamber of Commerce. Followed by being voted “Best Botox, Dermal Filler” in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Actively involved in her community, Windy served as a Chamber Ambassador in 2020 and 2021, and as Chairman of the Professional Women’s Alliance in 2022, with plans to serve as Past Chair in 2023. She enjoys nurturing local connections and expanding her community network.
As a Certified Master Nurse Injector, Windy combines passion and integrity to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while fostering lasting friendships.

Certified Medical Aesthtician & Laser Technician
Harley is a Certified Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician with a passion for helping clients achieve their desired look using the most innovative techniques. Born and raised in Royse City, Texas, Harley has always been enthusiastic about all things beauty. She attended and graduated from both Dallas Skin Institute and National Laser Institute. Harley focuses on creating customized, effective treatment plans for each client, and her fine-tuned skills and upbeat attitude ensure an exceptional experience. Her goal is to make every client feel special and leave with glowing results. “I believe in making my clients feel their best by enhancing their natural beauty!
Dr. Raymund King
Our Medical Director
As a physician and healthcare attorney, Dr. King is proud to bring his entrepreneurial sprit and extensive expertise to ReViVe Aesthetics and Healthcare.
Dr. King attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical school in Houston . He then practiced medicine for ten years in Oklahoma City. He was one of the brave surgeons who treated the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995. It was at this time that he decided to move forward with his dreams and attended Law School. He obtained his law degree at the Oklahoma City University School of Law. He has since been practicing healthcare, corporate and entertainment law.
Dr. King is a member of the Texas bar with 22 years of legal experience specializing in healthcare litigation.
Bringing his extensive medical and legal expertise to ReViVe to ensure every patient has an outstanding experience.
