Windy Busher, LVN, LPN, is the founder of ReViVe Aesthetics & Healthcare and an experienced aesthetic nurse injector dedicated to providing thoughtful, personalized care with an emphasis on natural-looking results. Licensed in both Texas and California, Windy's nursing career began in acute and emergency care before progressing into healthcare management.

Her clinical experience eventually led her to Los Angeles and Orange County, California, where she worked alongside respected plastic surgeons and regenerative medicine specialists. It was there that her background in medicine and her passion for aesthetics came together.

After relocating to Texas, Windy pursued advanced aesthetic education and training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP). She has continued to expand her knowledge through advanced injector education and has earned Master Injector training and certification.

Windy's approach to aesthetics is centered on facial balance, individualized treatment planning, patient education, and results that enhance rather than change a patient's natural appearance. She believes aesthetic medicine should be approached thoughtfully and that building trust with each patient is just as important as the treatment itself.

Her entrepreneurial journey began with Bayside Aesthetics, which was recognized by the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce as Emerging Business of the Year in 2021. That vision has since evolved into ReViVe Aesthetics & Healthcare. Windy has also been recognized by Living Magazine as a Leading Woman in Rockwall in 2021, 2022, and 2026.

She served as a Rockwall Chamber Ambassador and as a board member of the Professional Women's Alliance, later serving as its Chair. Today, Windy continues to pursue advanced education while helping patients develop aesthetic plans designed around their individual anatomy, goals, and stage of life.

For Windy, ReViVe is about more than aesthetics. It's about relationships, confidence, and creating a place where patients feel heard, educated, and genuinely cared for.

Brianna is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with a growing passion for aesthetic medicine and helping patients feel confident, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout their experience at ReViVe.

Originally from a small town in Oklahoma, Brianna's journey into nursing has been guided by her faith, a desire to care for others, and a commitment to building meaningful relationships with the people she serves. As she begins her nursing career, she is excited to bring that foundation into aesthetic medicine, where clinical care, artistry, and confidence come together.

Brianna believes that aesthetics should never be about changing who someone is. Instead, she is drawn to ReViVe's philosophy of enhancing each patient's natural beauty while helping them become the best version of themselves.

As a newer nurse entering the aesthetic field, Brianna is committed to continued education, hands-on training, and developing her clinical skills under the guidance of experienced aesthetic providers. She approaches every patient interaction with compassion, attention to detail, and a willingness to listen and learn.

For Brianna, the patient experience is about more than a treatment. It's about creating an environment where people feel welcomed, understood, informed, and confident in the care they receive.

She looks forward to continuing to grow within ReViVe while building lasting relationships with the patients and community she serves.

Harley is a licensed aesthetician at ReViVe Aesthetics & Healthcare with a lifelong passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Her love for aesthetics began long before it became a career, and that passion has only grown over the years.

She loves getting to know each client, creating personalized treatment experiences, and helping them reach their individual skin goals. For Harley, aesthetics is about so much more than skincare — it's about confidence, self-care, and making people feel comfortable and cared for.

She truly loves seeing the difference that investing in yourself can make, both inside and out. She's incredibly grateful to turn something she has always been passionate about into a career she genuinely loves and to be part of each client's journey at ReViVe.
